The commencement of the production started with Unit-I. This facility has semi-automatic machine which manufactures Ampoules, Multi dose vials and General Dry powder injectables.

The second production facility of the company started in 1996, named as Unit II, which has two integrated production lines, one for Ampoules and the other for Multi dose vials.


Production Capacity for Unit – I :
• Ampoules 1,00,000 units/2ml
• Multi Dose Vials 60,000 units/10ml
• General Powder Injectables 40,000 units/1gm


Production Capacity for Unit – II :
• Ampoules 2,00,000 units/2ml
• Multi Dose Vials 1,00,000 units/10ml
